# Managed AI service

AI that the provider operates for you, with its own experts running and improving it, rather than software your team configures and runs.

With software, you buy licenses and your team implements, configures and operates the tool. With a managed AI service, the provider's agents do the work inside your systems, and the provider's experts monitor quality and handle edge cases alongside your team.
