Context graph
Also called Context layer
A connected record of the people, documents, decisions and history around each customer and transaction, giving people and agents the full picture behind the numbers.
Systems of record such as the ERP store what happened: an invoice was issued, a payment was applied. They rarely store why: the email agreeing a discount, the portal rejection, the call where the customer promised to pay.
A context graph links that information to the accounts and transactions it explains, so an agent working a dispute or a past-due invoice starts with the same history an experienced analyst would.
