One name, written the same way everywhere.
The name
Write Rex with a capital R and a lowercase “ex”. The all-caps letters belong to the logo only; never type REX in running text.
Rex AI and Rex AI Ltd
Use Rex in copy. Use Rex AI only where the name needs disambiguating, such as a search title, and Rex AI Ltd in legal and financial text.
What Rex is
Rex is the AI operations partner for order-to-cash: a managed AI service for accounts receivable and order-to-cash teams. Agents run the work and your team handles judgment.
What Rex isn’t
Don’t describe Rex as a workforce that replaces people, headcount or BPOs, and don’t use “AI-powered” as decoration.
The orb and the letters, always together.
The logo is the primary identifier. Use it wherever it fits: ink on light surfaces, cream on ink or black.
Files with a background already include the logo’s clear space. Transparent files are cropped to the logo.
Give it room, and leave it as it is.
These rules apply to the logo and the symbol. The orb wobbles when you hover it on rex.inc; everywhere else, keep it still.
Clear space
Leave at least the height of the orb (x) clear on every side.
Minimum size
65 × 21px on screen and 20mm wide in print. Scale it only in proportion.
Don’t stretch or squash it
Don’t recolour it
Don’t rotate it
Don’t add shadows or effects
Don’t outline it
Don’t rearrange the orb
Warm cream, deep ink and a single sage accent.
Every other tone is an opacity step of ink or cream. Never use pure white or pure black as a field colour, and don’t add a second accent.
